Sue Bailey
Sue has been an eBay Powerseller and online retailer for almost a decade, running several eBay shops and ecommerce websites. She is the co-founder of TameBay.com, a blog for eBay sellers and ecommerce merchants. Sue has been blogging since before the word blog was invented, and now spends much of her day making WordPress do interesting things. She lives in France, to be closer to 300 kinds of delicious cheese.

Alex Bellinger
In March 2005 Alex Bellinger founded the first UK podcast dedicated to
business. Since then SmallBizPod the
podcast for startups, small business owners and entrepreneurs has
established itself as one of the best known and most popular on the
web. As an entrepreneur himself, Alex understands how small
businesses think and how podcasting and other forms of social media
can be applied in very practical ways to benefit their bottom line.
Mark Buckingham
Mark is an SEO & AdWords consultant, features writer and eBay education specialist. Mark has run his own agency, NetSeek, since 1999 and contributes features and a monthly search page for .Net magazine. More recently, Mark has become a co-director of Good Cause Auctions, a specialist charity auction management agency.

Cedric Chambaz
Cedric Chambaz is the SMB marketing manager for Microsoft adCenter, the search ad platform serving Pay-Per-Click advertising across Microsoft online properties (MSN, Live.com, MSN Messenger, Hotmail...). Cedric joined Microsoft Advertising earlier in 2008 after spending 7 years in advertising agencies in Singapore, Paris and London. He particularly focused on the SMB market during the set up of Publicis HP Lab, an integrated structure dedicated to the Palo Alto-based IT manufacturer. Cedric has a Master from ICN Graduate Business School and specialised in Consumer Behaviour and Managing Innovation at McGill University, Canada.

Ivan Croxford
Ivan Croxford is the General Manager of BT Tradespace, a place for small businesses to promote themselves using social media and business networking tools. Ivan took Tradespace from the spark of an idea to a fast growing site with over 160,000 members and rising. Prior to joining BT Ivan was an independent consultant specialising in the wireless and mobile industry and founded a start up venture in broadband content services. He also held senior management roles at Eutelsat, the global satellite operator. Ivan has an MBA from HEC School of Management in Paris, and a BA Hons. in Political Studies from Leeds University. He is a member of the Marketing Society.

Chris Dawson
Chris is a full time eBay seller, eBay Educational Specialist and co founder of TameBay.com. He regularly comments about eBay by the national media having recently appeared on the BBC Radio 4 programme "You & Yours" as well as in the press. A self confessed eBay addict, as well as selling on the site he is a prolific buyer and has an in-depth knowledge of eBay selling tactics.

Estanis Martin De Nicolas
Estanis is Head of Key Accounts at PayPal Europe Ltd. He’s an e-commerce expert with a solid track record of helping small-medium sized businesses build successful e-commerce operations selling through eBay. PayPal offers online payment solutions. The company’s suite enables individuals and businesses to send and receive payments online using a bank account, credit card, or stored balance. Additionally, it provides electronic fund transfer and billing services. PayPal Inc is a subsidiary of eBay Inc. Estanis’ knowledge of PayPal, eBay and Small Businesses ensures he’s a presenter not to be missed.

Jasper is Head of Sales International at Moneybookers. Experienced in the world of payments and E-Commerce, Jasper has worked in a number of companies that cater to small-medium sized businesses. Moneybookers offers a suite of online payment solutions. The company’s range of products enables individuals and businesses to send and receive payments online using a credit cards, debit cards, bank accounts, stored balance and a wide variety of local payment options world-wide. In addition, it provides electronic fund transfer and billing services for small businesses. Moneybookers is an independent payment provider.

Stuart Fuller
Easily.co.uk are one of the UK's largest and long established share hosting and domain name companies. They are fully owned by GroupNBT Plc who manage nearly 2 million domain names on a daily basis as well as providing hosting solutions for around 20,000 customers. Stuart joined Easily.co.uk as their Online Business Manager in November 2005 from Cable & Wireless Plc where he ran their London Corporate acquisition team. Stuart is responsible for the continued development of the brand in terms of product and marketing strategy, and is part of the customer panel of the CRM and Mycustomer.com Customer Experience programmes. A qualified sales coach, Stuart is surprisingly quite educated and also holds such qualifications as Diploma in Financial Management and Performance Management practitioner. He is also an expert in the commercial development of football in Europe and has written a number of books on the subject.

Tim Garrett
Tim is responsible for helping online and offline Direct Selling companies to grow their businesses through their relationship with Royal Mail, ensuring that companies like eBay, Amazon and the Mail Order businesses receive top level support for their growth. Tim has held a number of senior operational roles in Royal Mail and Parcelforce with over 30 years experience in the business, as well as being a keen eBayer!

Trevor Ginn
Trevor is the Managing Director of the Internet marketing agency Vendlab. Vendlab enables businesses to boost online sales through multi-channel online marketing including search engine optimisation, Google Adwords, social media marketing and online marketplaces. Trevor believes in practicing what he preaches and so has recently launched the online baby shop, Hello Baby. Trevor's various musings on eCommerce can be found on his blog, eBay, eCommerce life.

Denise Hogue
Denise is the Product Manager at Terapeak Marketplace Research. Based in Canada, Terapeak provides web-based reporting on closed eBay listings and empowers online sellers to run their business with information previously accessible only to large corporations. Terapeak now handles all Marketplace Research inquiries on the eBay platform and is a pioneer member of eBay's ECHO project, which aims to have select third party services included within the eBay platform for 2009. Terapeak's data sets include eBay UK, France, Germany, US, Canada and Australia. Denise strongly believes that any eBay seller with accurate insight into the marketplace can succeed and improve their profits online.

Tony Neate
Tony started his career in law enforcement in 1976 as a Police Officer with the South Wales Police. Having been a detective for 30 years he has dealt with all aspects of serious crime, from theft to murder, rape and extortion to fraud and armed robbery.
In 1995 he became heavily involved in the investigation of hi-tech crime. He set up the Hi-Tech Crime Unit within South Wales Police, being one of a handful of digital evidence examiners in the country. He subsequently dealt with numerous computer-related offences including hacking, online child abuse, denial of service attacks, cyber stalking, email abuse and Phishing.
In 2001, he took up the Industry Liaison position within the newly formed National Hi-Tech Crime Unit based in London. The unit was the lynchpin in the United Kingdom's co-ordinated response to cyber-crime. His role within the Unit was to form a coordinated partnership with industry, to ease the flow of information between the private sector and law enforcement regarding hi-tech crime.
After a career spanning 30 years, Tony retired from the Police Service in 2006 and took up his new position within the Cabinet Office as the Managing Director for the Get Safe Online. Tony also acts as a consultant on hi-tech crime and security matters.

James Scott
UK Managing Director, joined ChannelAdvisor in March 2005 as their second UK hire. James has been instrumental in establishing the company's operations outside of North America and building ChannelAdvisor's reputation as the UK's leading multi-channel retail technology solutions provider and industry thought leader.

Dan Wilson
Dan is a writer and consultant specialising in online communities, ecommerce and internet marketing. Part of the team that founded eBay in the UK, he worked for the company between 1999 and 2006, latterly heading the Community team. He is the bestselling author of Make Serious Money on eBay UK and an eBay University presenter. He advises companies large and small about how they can make the most of the web. Will Wynne
Will is the Managing Director of ArenaFlowers.com, the UK's leading online florist. Established in 2006, Arena Flowers has won multiple prizes and accolades and a loyal customer base by focusing on flawless personal service and innovative marketing. Will was a venture capitalist for five years and subsequently ran eBay.co.uk's retention marketing team launching, notably, the hugely successful 'eBay for Charity' programme.
